We've seen it all since Harmony Homes began custom designing and building homes in 1975. We helped families rebuild from the fires in 2003 and have the compassion and expertise required to make the process easy.

We researched building contractors, found Harmony Homes and started a discussion with Gary Carpendale, who made time to listen to our requirements, made time to meet with us, came out to our building site, made suggestions and in general took time to guide us through this emotionally traumatizing loss. We were faced with a few insurance challenges, but Harmony Homes were very patient with the whole process. Once the insurance was approved we moved forward with the rebuild of our home.

    Harmony Homes have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we’ve had an extremely positive experience. We chose to rebuild the same footprint of the home we lost and we are very impressed with the general construction along with all the finishing touches which have been tastefully done. Gary Carpendale, went out of his way to make things seamless for us throughout the project, keeping us up to date on all necessary details. It has been easy to work with him and his crew.
